Rutherford County Recovery Court Expungement Clinic

The Access to Justice Commission is partnering with the Rutherford County Re-Entry Program, a subsection of their Recovery Courts to support an expungement clinic for 2023. This clinic is specifically for pre-registered individuals from both the Adult Detention Center and Correctional Work Center with expungement services and general expungement information.
