The Tennessee Alliance for Legal Services is hosting an Expungement CLE opportunity for civil legal providers and private attorneys who are interested in learning more about expungements in order to complete pro bono expungements.

This will be a virtual event covering the ins and outs of expungement. There will be be three, one hour sessions, 9:00am CST – Expungement 101 Non Convictions (1 hour), 10:15am CST – Expungement 201 Convictions (1 and 1/2 hours), and 12PM CST – Expungement 301 Beyond Expungement (1 hour).

Registrants may attend one, two, or all three sessions.

For those unable to attend the session on March 30th, the session will be recorded. However, CLE credit will not be offered with the recording.
