Access to Justice Commission Meeting

Administrative Office of the Courts TN

The Access to Justice Commission meets quarterly. These are public meetings. Anyone who is interested in attending the meeting should contact the Administrative Office of the Courts at ATJInfo@tncourts.gov or 615-741-2687.  

Rutherford County Recovery Court Expungement Clinic

The Access to Justice Commission is partnering with the Rutherford County Re-Entry Program, a subsection of their Recovery Courts to support an expungement clinic for 2023. This clinic is specifically for pre-registered individuals from both the Adult Detention Center and Correctional Work Center with expungement services and general expungement information.  

Austin Peay Civil Legal Clinic

Austin Peay University Clarksville

The Access to Justice Commission is sponsoring a general civil legal advice clinic for Austin Peay faculty, staff, and students. This clinic is only available to the Austin Peay community. The Justice Bus will be on-site to distribute legal information.
