West TN Legal Services and the Tennessee Hybrid Lifeline Peer Project will be hosting an Expungement Clinic on September 21st, 2024 from 4:00PM - 7:00PM in Benton County at Court Square. Preregistration is required. Must register by September 13th, 2024. Details below!
The Tennessee Justice Bus has been invited to come out to the Pickett Rucker United Methodist Church by the Wilson County Democratic Women to register participants for an expungement for November 18th. Participants will receive legal resources and have the option to register for an expungement eligibility clinic.
The Tennessee Justice Bus has partner with the American Job Center to provide an expungement clinic in Wilson County along with several additional organizations. Individuals will have the opportunity to have their record reviewed with an attorney to determine expungement eligibility. Registration IS required prior to this event. The Tennessee Justice Bus has partnered with the TDOC Nashville Day Reporting Center to provide a free legal advice clinic to participants. They will have an opportunity to speak with an attorney, ask legal questions, receive direction and discover new legal resources. **Prior registration is not required**
