You can find the Bus at the Obion County Fairgrounds from 12pm-4pm in the Domestic Arts Building. The Bus will be equipped to provide legal advice about a wide range of civil, legal topics. The Access to Justice Commission is partnering with the Rutherford County Re-Entry Program, a subsection of their Recovery Courts to support an expungement clinic for 2023. This clinic is specifically for pre-registered individuals from both the Adult Detention Center and Correctional Work Center with expungement services and general expungement information.
