Access to Justice University

The Access to Justice Commission developed the A2J University with the intention to help provide pro bono attorneys with high level overviews and familiarity on common legal topics. On this page you can find multiple videos that highlight key information, processes, and more about legal topics that need additional assistance from pro bono attorneys.

Expungement is the process of removing eligible charges from an individual’s criminal record. This video focuses on a high-level overview of the process for expungement, why we need pro bono attorneys, and what a non-conviction expungement entails.
